Sne’therak Weird West Cowboy

A snake-person in a red and gold serape holds his cowboy hat to his chest with one hand as he extends a jar towards someone offscreen. One of his arms is naked bone and glowing with purple magic. The jar is sealed with glowing green runes and appears to contain the eye of a large creature, suspended in a dark liquid.
